Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk (or almond milk)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Optional: pinch of turmeric or nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Heat the milk gently (don’t boil).

  2. Stir in honey and spices. Sip slowly.
